A temporary and conditional denial of a Motion for New Trial; the motion is made by the plaintiff who believes that the jury verdict awarded an unreasonably low amount of damages. and thus a new trial on the issue of damages alone should be allowed. If the defendant agrees to an increased amount the motion will be permanently denied.
