The following shall apply as a legally binding addendum to the contract made between [First Party's Name] and [Second Party's Name] on [Date of agreement].
All parties agree that if all parties agree to continue the contractual agreement after expiration of the agreement, than an extension of the contract may be granted for under the same term and condition of giving written notification from requesting party to the other in writing prior to the date of expiration.
