ORDERING
The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
Any order placed by the franchisee for [Items ordered] will be done so on specific order form developed and provided by the franchiser. Date of orders will be [Date of order] as agreed by both parties.
If delivery of [Items ordered] is not received in month scheduled by the franchisee, then the order will not be canceled, unless one party or the other does so in writing. Any special orders for [Items ordered] placed and received by the franchiser may only be canceled by the franchiser.
Products that do not meet or differ from standard specifications set by the franchiser will be deemed special. List such product or products:

Any equipment that is required by [regulations or laws] not ordered by the franchisee, will be installed by the franchiser and franchiser will be authorized to do so.
