The franchiser, [Name of the franchiser], and the franchisee, [Name of the franchisee], as set forth in their franchise agreement on [Date of the agreement] and as witnessed by [Name of the witness], have agreed to the following additional terms and conditions:
The franchisee is duly obligated to attend at his or her own expense a training session not unlike potential employees prior to the event of franchisees own stores commencement of business. The appointed manager of the franchisees outlet must also attend training session either at the same time as franchisee or at some other time and expense of such training will also be assumed by the franchisee.
